- Check who you’re paying. Transfers usually can’t be reversed. Make sure the chektag and name are right.
- Watch for scams. We will never ask you to send money to verify or unlock your account.
- Buying, not gifting? If you’re paying for goods or a service, use escrow instead.

How much does it cost to send?
The fee for sending to another member is shown before you confirm. If your family converts, the quote shows the rate before they confirm, with no separate fee. Withdrawal fees show before they confirm too.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Transfers between members are usually instant and generally can’t be cancelled. If you paid the wrong person, contact support and we’ll help where we can.
