Confirm in time
Confirm before the clock runs out and we honour the quote. If it expires, you get a new one.
It lands in your wallet
The converted money goes into the wallet you chose, ready to hold, send or withdraw.

Is there a fee to convert?
There’s no separate conversion fee. Your quote shows the rate, what you pay and what you get before you confirm.
How long does a quote last?
Every quote shows when it expires. Confirm before then and we honour it. If it runs out, you get a fresh quote.
Can I undo a conversion?
Generally, no. Once you confirm, the conversion is done. You can convert back, at a new quote.
